Freedom on Wheels

Freedom On Wheels is a 3rd person, 3D, Story-Driven Sports Game for PC in which the player controls a teenager who has neglectful and abusive parents at home who are always fighting. The teenager dreams of becoming a pro skater and make Lucy fall in love with him.
This is a solo project by me for my last year of my VideoGames Bachelor on Lusofuna University. So this is just a slice of what the full game would've been.
In this slice we can play trough the inicial part of the game where the player wakes up after earing the screams of his parents having another fight, and trough the tutorial section of the game where we get to the first park and start learning the skate mechanics.
Note: Every asset in the game was made by me with the exception of the trees on the second level and unfortunately due to time constraints there where several aspects of the game that I wasn't able to fully finish like the UI and the Skating Mechanics.

Important: This game was made specifically with controllers in mind the buttons scheme follows the same as the playstation controller. Although you can play the game and fully complete it using a keyboard and mouse it's highly recommended that you use a controller if you can.
